Mike’s painting wins certificate (May 2010)
The Hexham Courant reported on prize winning artist Mike Bell, who has been awarded a highly commended certificate from the Dover Family Fund Committee for his painting ‘Winter Morning Low Hauxley Haven’.
The prestigious Dover Prize is a biennial art competition featuring work by artists from across the North-East. This year’s theme was “atmosphere and emotion” and a panel of experts chose the final selection for the exhibition.
