What is house staging?
A common practice in the US house staging is presenting a home in its best and most appealing light to the majority of home-buyers.
The first 10 seconds is when a buyer or tenant makes up their mind about a property, and it is clear first impressions really do count. House Staging by Art Evolution has been established to help sellers to maximum price for their property, and sell it in the shortest possible time. The service prepares peoples property for sale or rental, ensuring that it is presented in the best light with maximum ‘wow factor’ for any potential buyer/tenant.
Why use a House Stager?
It is estimated that only 10% of people can actually visualise the untapped potential in a property and House Staging is a sure way to help the other 90% to see it.
With House Staging typically costing less than 1% of the sale price but yielding from 10% profit on the staging for sale investment you can realise your desired sale price with the minimum of investment.
Honest feedback on how the property 'feels', looks and appears from a buyer's point of view will allow you to sell your property quickly for the sale value you want and to reduce unwanted rent free periods when tenants are difficult to secure.
Services on offer
Our House Staging services are offered as two packages:
Level 1:
- Personal home consultations (2 hours) with our professional stylist in order to asses your property and make recommendations.
- A report detailing all required actions to be taken to maximise your property’s sale value.
- Hand selection and provision of a suitable piece of artwork for your property for a three month rental period.
Cost: £400
Level 2:
- Home consultation (4 hours) by one of our interior designers to asses your property and make recommendations including on site home staging assistance.
- A report detailing all required actions to be taken to maximise your property’s sale value.
- Hand selection and provision of one large scale and three smaller scale pieces of artwork for your property for a three month rental period.
Cost: £750
After you have accessed our level one or two packages, but feel you would like a little more help then our house stagers are available on a daily basis at a rate of £300.00
