Dave Maes
Dave Maes was born and raised in Colorado amidst the beauty and grandeur of the Rocky Mountains and lived there until his retirement from the Denver Fire Department in 2009 after 31 years service.
Upon retirement, Dave followed his dream of travelling the world, seeing many places of beauty and interest and experiencing different cultures. This gave Dave the opportunity to combine his love of the outdoors and his life-long passion of photography.
His main aim is to capture and record images of beauty on his travels from landscape scenery, birds, animals, flowers, people, to ancient architecture, in order to share his vision of the world with others. Dave now has work published in galleries in both the UK and US.
