Mike Bell
Having lived in Northumberland for 25 years, has developed an interest in structure, texture and composition. Mike's recent work has taken its inspiration from the patterns and colours of the abundance of oil seed rape and poppies near his home, along with the Otterburn Ranges and Kielder Water. Mike works in mixed media including acrylic, oils, college and wood. My work is intended to promote feelings and perceptions rather than literal observations.
