Art Evolution was developed from the vision of the two company directors Victoria Anderson and Craig Millar. They set up Art Evolution in order to meet the ever increasing demand for bespoke and original art, across the UK.
Having worked with artists for the last two years Victoria and Craig wanted to further support the work they were producing and allow wider access to it. Hence they set up Art Evolution.
Art Evolution’s key aims are to bring affordable, exciting, contemporary art produced by North East artists, to a wide audience. Art Evolution, above everything else, is about accessibility and style. With a key focus on accessibility, they decided that the best premises for their business was in cyber space, which enables clients access to artwork 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
“My interest in art has grown over the last decade and becoming a keen photographer has served to intensified my interest further.
I am excited by the variety art offers, in aesthetic acceptance and in emotional response.
To me the most significant thing an artist can do is to enable us to see something in a different way. Art is a means of allowing us to see what is unseen and express what is unexpressed.”
“I am intrigued by the endless way in which colour, texture, medium and subject matter can be used to produce widely varied artwork.
Art can invite you in, offering peace and tranquillity or make you want to run and hide, ultimately questioning what is around you.
I love the way work captures the moment, a feeling, and the spirit of an event.”
