You can search the online gallery via keywords (in the artwork title and description), at the top of every page.
If you can't find the perfect piece of artwork online using the search function please contact us via email@example.com, and we will source it for you.
To order your new artwork simply click on the piece you like and add it to your basket.
At this stage, you will be asked to sign if you have already registered you details with Art Evolution, or asked to register, providing your name, email address and telephone number. On returning to the online gallery to purchase artwork, you will be asked for your email address and chosen password (between 4 and 20 characters long).
You will be asked to provide your billing address, delivery address and then will proceed through to your artwork order summary. The order summary will detail the cost of the artwork (inc. VAT) and delivery charges. Please check the order details are correct and proceed to Payment.

When you have added artwork in to your basket, you are not committed to buying these pieces unless you proceed to Payment. At any time before this point, you can delete items form your basket by clicking on the red cross at the side of the basket. You can also empty you basket of all items of art by clicking on 'empty basket'.
Before proceeding to the check out you can check the delivery costs for your items, which will vary depending on the medium of artwork you are buying and your location. To calculate your delivery costs, enter the postcode of the delivery address.
We accept payments via PayPal.
If you would prefer to pay for your artwork by cheque, please contact us via email@example.com providing your order details, billing and delivery address. We will provide you with an invoice that details the price of the artwork, VAT and delivery charges. Cheques are to be made payable to Art Evolution Ltd. Please note that cheques must have cleared prior to the dispatch of artwork.
On successfully placing your artwork order online, you will receive an e-mail immediately confirming the details of your order.
Your artwork will be delivered to your specified delivery address within 14 days of you placing your order (unless stated otherwise).
Royal Mail delivers open edition photographs, prints and Gift Art Vouchers. Gift Art Vouchers will arrive within 3 days of purchase.
Our express courier will deliver limited edition prints, paintings and sculptures within 24 hours of dispatch from the Art Evolution gallery. You will be notified of artwork dispatch by email.
Artwork sent by courier is delivered between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, and can be delivered to your home or work address. To ensure artwork arrives in safe hands we ask that deliveries are signed for.
The delivery costs for couried artwork varies depending on the location of your delivery address and the artwork you are purchasing. As a guide the cost of sending work by courier starts at £5.95 (plus VAT), up to £19.95 (plus VAT). To calculate your delivery costs, enter your postcode of the delivery address in to our delivery charge calculator.
Open edition prints, will be delivered in roll tubes, by Royal Mail, at a cost of £1.60 (plus VAT).
When buying multiple pieces of artwork, you will be charged a reduced fee after the first piece of artwork, in order to keep your delivery costs to a minimum. Please note full delivery charges may apply, per piece, on multiple orders when artwork needs to be shipped separately to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. Artwork is fragile and easily damaged, and our delivery charges reflect the care and attention to packaging that is required to provided you with stunning artwork, delivered to your door, in pristine condition.
All artwork is unique, fragile and easily damaged so please treat it with care. If you decide that you simply don't like something, you may return the artwork within seven days of the sale in pristine condition and you will receive a credit note. If there is a genuine fault in the preparation of the artwork, please contact us in the first instance as we should offer the artist the chance to repair it. If you are not satisfied with this, you may return it to Art Evolution Ltd. and receive a credit note, another article to the same value or a refund.
